Cooking Classes

With over 25 years experience instructional design, content development, organizing, preparing, and instruction of adult learning classes combined with 50 years of smoking and grilling incredible BBQ we prepared to take your grill master and pitmaster skills to a new level.

Private and Corporate Classes

We offer private classes for your team of gridiron grill masters. If your company is looking for an opportunity for an exciting team-building treat where you get to play with fire and smoke meat all day, then you’re in the right place. We offer half day and full day classes that are tailored to your group.

Our classes are typically taught in Metro Atlanta. We won’t say no to taking one of our classes on the road to your private beach-side resort, mountain top hideaway, or your favorite pasture in the woods by the creek bank.

What You Will Learn

You will receive a Participant Guide to our class to use for taking notes and reference content from the class. We cover the following topics in the class:

  • Pitmaster Smoking Techniques and Master Grilling Techniques
  • Kitchen Tools, Knifes, and Cooking Accessories
  • Professional BBQ Organizations and Pitmaster Resources

Be sure to eat light on the day before your class. We begin the day with an old fashioned chuck wagon breakfast. We provide lunch and a Carnivore’s Feast at the end of the day of all the food we prepare during the day. You will also be sampling lots of appetizers that we prepare in the class throughout the day.

Typically classes begin at 8:00 AM and end with a Carnivore’s Feast at 6:00 PM.
